Muslis Biennalle in Fort Kochi

Had the most wonderful trip to Kochi ever.

Got onto the train Parashuram Express coming from Shoranur at Chalakudy station at 12: 50 pm(40 rupees tickets for two).

Boarded at Chalakudy station, one hour Ernakulam Town Junction.

Argued with Sethuettan that we have to find the Ernakulam house of Parvathy Thiruvottu Kottuvetta and meet her.

Didn't realise then that she was in Dufaai!

From Ernakulam Town Junction we took a bus to Boat Jetty.

Sethuettan had lunch while I ate a wada at a little Udupi hotel at Ernakulam Town Junction.

Sethuettan is quite familiar with Ernakulam what would I do without him.

At Boat Jetty ticket counter we got a very friendly lady to buy tickets for the jetty for us thereby saving us the effort of working the line!(3 rupees per ticket)

Voila! Boat to Fort Kochi!

The first thing one sees after alighting and stepping into Fort Kochi is Solar Cafe Hostel and Lodging.

Bought a Superman logo locket for my younger brother Appu.

Saw fisherman catching fish in the fishing nets, primarily by throwing stones into the far water to draw the fishes towards the nets and then lifting the fishes out.

Caught three Chemballi large fish right before us!

Sethuettan said a Chemballi can bite your finger right off if you are not careful with the catch.

Ate 4 porotta with "Chaincover Fish" curry at Tattoo restaurant. It's a fish that looks like a chaincover of a cycle.

Clicked a few photographs and shared them on whatsapp!

Taught Sethuettan a secret arms exercise!

Took three buses to Ernakulam North Juntion. Sethuettan tried many google search methods to locate Parvathy Thiruvottu Kottuvetta's apartment address in Ernakulam or phone number (so that we can ask for her address) but to no avail. Sethuettan had promised me he would take me to her house. Well, he racked his brains but failed on the purpose of the same. It's OK. He is conscientious, I am not!

Watched some Kerala Blasters Final ISL at railway station while waiting for the train.

Got onto Kanyakumari Bangalore Passenger and reached Chalakudy within an hour.

Dropped Sethuettan at his house, filled full tank petrol at the newly opened Petrol Pump with bright yellow lights decorated on trees all around the petrol pump.

Reached home by 9 pm
