Response: 20/40 minutes shuttle walks with 30 minute walk at 4:15pm onwards. Followed by 5pushups, 10pullups, 15 situps, 20 surfpushups, 10 archer pushups. Followed by 6 arm exercises with 3.5 kg dumbbells 20/35/50 reps
Dependencies with other risks: Exercise dependancy on healthy food
Status of Risk: Being corrected

Avoid: Avoid chocolates, biscuits, soft drinks, fried items, tea/coffee from outside, chips, non-veg
Mitigate: Decrease the risk probability over a period of time
Transfer: Transfer the chance of doing exercise to 6 days in a week
Accept: Accepted that this much physical training is absolutely necessary
Exploit: Exploited the opportunity of implementing the exercise routines on all days without travel
