I remember when I saw Juhi as Krishnans girl in Mumbai in the movie Kammatipadam. It reminded me of a Juhi Chawla song I had sung for two Gorkha regiment captains Altaf and Monik when we met at the eatery behind Taj hotel Mumbai. The song was... Bambai se gayi Poona, Poona se gayi Diĺli, Dilli se gayi Patna, Phir bhi na mila sajna. The song was about the need for a security grid against nuclear attacks on cities in India.

Shera di kaum Punjabi introspects and questions.... which Rajiv Gandhi confidante coined the phrase "Teach Sikhs a lesson"

Anti Sikh pogrom in 1984 Oct 31, Nov 1 and Nov 2, New Delhi and in some other places like Kanpur, Indore etc in Northern India resulted in the cold-blooded massacre of about 4000 Sikhs. Ever since post-partition riots in 1947, the country has never witnessed such large scale, one-sided killings carried out with clinical precision. The killer rioters were provided with weapons, liquor and in many cases led by prominent Congress leaders such as Sajjan Kumar, Lalit Maken, Jagdish Tytler, HKL Bhagat, Arjan Das etc and many of them became Members of Parliament and ministers in the Rajeev Gandhi government in 1985.
Indira Gandhi, the then Prime Minister, was murdered by two of her handpicked Sikh bodyguards who were retained by the PM despite the objection raised by the security department. During the entire decade of seventies, Indira Gandhi and her self-appointed heir-apparent son Sanjay Gandhi had accorded a prominent position for Punjabis, both Sikhs and non-Sikhs, in the affairs of New Delhi, both in the Central Government and other Government apparatus:- Pritam Singh Bhinder was the Commissioner of Police in New Delhi who ensured large scale recruitment of Punjabis in New Delhi Police. Yashpal Kapoor and Dhawan were holding sway in the Prime Ministers Office(PMO) and the Punjabis enjoyed tremendous clout in the Government in New Delhi under Indira Gandhi

Bought a Chinese Party Blazer from Van Heusen. Bought a partywear shirt for Appu from Wrangler. Bank Balance zero. Spent 1 lakh rupees in the past two weeks. Expenses go something like this. 53000 for HP G3 Pro laptop for Appu. 7000 for Chinese Blazer for myself, 2000 for Wrangler Shirt for Appu. 5000 for Bomber Jacket from Nike for newlywed cousin Akki, 5000 for Sari for Step-mom, 25000 for ads on Quikr. 2000 for new UPS 1000 for mobile bill. German Volume Training is the best gym program on the planet. It's simple. 10 reps * 10 sets and 3 repetitions of the same. Follow Arnold Schwarzenegger's book of bodybuilding. Complete following sections from that book.

Mondays: Shoulders

Tuesdays: Chest

Wednesdays: Back

Thursdays: Arm Exercises

Fridays: Thigh Exercises

Saturdays: Calves Exercises

Sundays: Abdomen

Do not repeat a single exercise until the week is over.

This is basically German Volume Training

This workout coupled with P90X https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P90X

And Periodization and Strengthening of 5 free weight Arm Exercises 50*10 on a progression for strengthening for 2 days 30*10 for endurance for 2 days. 3000 repetitions everyday, progression to 12000.

And some Jogging. Well that's my fitness plan

Innale

I remember this like it happened yesterday. Babuchetan placed a bet that he would take us to the movies if he lost in Rummy. Sandhyachechi said she would do squats with hands to her ears if she lost in Rummy. The rule of squats applied to us kids also but luckily we won and Babuchetan lost. This was somewhere around 1991-1992. We sat inside the white maruti omni and headed to the movies. Jose Theatre.... His Highness Abdulla .... (housefull)..... Sapna Theatre .... Innale (this movie was also housefull). Finally we settled to see Mathilugal starring Mammooty (National Award Winner) in Ramdas Theatre. We were one of the very few occupants of the theatre. (Narayanikutty Narayanikutty). Well, the Innaley song from King Liar reminded me of this wonderful incident.

Black not Blue, Kaimashi alla Kanmashi

Well,

I thought of buying my newly wed cousin brother Akki a Blue Cotton Gabardine Trenchcoat with English Collar. Nice thought. But the looney Burberry store owner in Bangalore quoted a ludicruous 1 lakh 35000 for a Phantom Trenchcoat. There, that stood cancelled.

Then I settled for a Black Bomber Jacket, knee length jacket, from Nike, from Jabong.com and that cost me just 5000 rupees.

I gave 5000 rupees to my Step-mom for a sari.

Today was Madhavan's birthday. Bought him a cricket bat and a toy gun.

The girl in Flamboos on 3rd April 2016. Do you want to meet me? Call me at +91-9846456578
Well I went to Ahmednagar to meet my relatives there. My niece is afflicted with cancer and her father has a heart problem but not enough to get operated but enough to do serious harm. And one cousin is recovering from a paralytic attack. I spoke to them. Told them how they were the strongest members of the family. Then I went to Pune, found a new tenant for my apartment in Pune, signed the agreement, fixed the payment to be made. Then I collected my duplicate tranfer certificate from my college. Then I participated as a cheerleader in 2 basketball matches played in a corporate tournament by the Bank of New York and Mellon team. Then I went to Flamboos, a pub, with a filmmaker friend and drank a large glass of home brewed apple cider. Then I went up and spoke to a beautiful girl who was staring at me. Basic pleasantries were exchanged. All this was done by Thursday and Sunday. I am back in Kerala today early morning.
Well, in the story of Sir Gawain, there is a Green Warrior. No matter how many times you cut it's head, it grows back it's head. The killing of the principal officer of NIA who was investigating Indian Mujahideen as well as Pathankot blasts by 21 bullets to his body is one such example. The ugly head has grown itself back. The nexus remains.

I have a Netflix subscription, 650 rupees a month, and Netflix got released in India just last week. I got my cousin to pay from his credit card since I don't have one and voila, I found a brand new means of communicating with the CIA. It's simple to communicate with CIA using Netflix. You just do match the following on the movie titles with what comes to your mind and select a movie and then watch the movie till you figure out the message from the CIA. I was watching Speed on Star Movies the other day and when the bus hits a babywheel full of cans Keanu Reeves says, "It's not a Baby, it's just full of cans" Yes, Netflix is full of canned films and it's not a Baby (starring Akshay Kumar).
I saw half of Russel Peters Notorious today because it was paired next to the movie "The Shining" so I got curious. And as Russel Peters says.... "It does not need to keep buffering like youtube". It streams fine on my 800 rupees per month internet connection

28/03/2016

Well, I have booked my ticket to Ahmednagar today. I will be meeting my cousins Babuseth Tyrewala and Vasant Singh there. Wasn't the movie "Departed" in which Leonardo Dicaprio beats up two gangsters who cause trouble in a guy's shop who is called Singh for Babu. Or am I mistaken? Leonardo Dicaprio never died in the movie "Departed"

I, when I joined the CIA, had specifically mentioned in my undertaking to work for the CIA, "Do not LET Go" meaning, "Do not Lashkar-E-Tayyaba Gopal". In these communications with CIA officials in 2009, I specifically wanted out of any bombing operation or terrorist operation conducted by the CIA.
Well, when my signature was used on many planes brought down, I was sorry they did it that way. Meaning, the promise of "Do not LET Go" had been broken. For example: MH370 malaysian aircraft brought down on 7th day of the 3rd month again had my signature all over it. 37 CG 73 GC all my initials. And then, the plane took a U-turn and disappeared at IGARA. Ara is a word in malayalam meaning who. It doesn't take a wizard to do 2 plus 2.

Where do I go from here. Does a Justin Bieber song, "Is it too late now to say sorry" make amends. Fuck Justin Bieber and no it does not. When my signature is used for covert war by intelligence agencies, as much as I deny my explicit involvement, there is an implicit understanding that I am taking sides in a war and innocent deaths are the consequences of that. Let's remember that I am not an innocent man and deal with that.

And if anybody wants to blow torch India, I am sure that country is China.
China, You're my Wonderwall / Oasis.

Kavitha paadiyondu circusilley marana kinaril kayyum thalayum purathekki ittu vandi odikyunna scene onnu aalojichu nokiyen. Etra riskya (Decode that)

I wonder why the Mathrubhumi anchor(that bald pated taklu) hint at somebody being retarded. (mandan as in mandippu is the word he used). Advocate Jayashankar seemed to make educated comments but all his comments were based on half-baked knowledge mixed with a spatter of facts.

The Ernakulam Police Commissioner should watch the movie Dragnet and decide whether he wants to be another Dudley (Come and put a Dud on me ~ Sugar Maroon 5)

When imagination(Kalpana) dies a sorry death in the movie Charlie, Charlie wins the art director state award. Charlie serviced a request of Kalpana. He was not responsible for Kalpana's death in the movie.

Saturday, March 26, 2016

Well,

a) The threat of carpetbombing of Kerala is real.

c) Wada and Wala when put together mean Dalapathy an idea I got after watching Om Shanti Oshana. Sou Sadanandan is a real don, a real Dalapathy, God bless her. Sou Sadanandan is also the role played by Alia Bhatt in Kapoor and Sons. How did I jump to that conclusion? The dentures and wig dialogue. There are two people in my family, one who has dentures and one who wears a wig and both are extremely powerful personalities. Coupled with Creative Chef on Kappa TV which termed Sou as Dalapathy by doing a ""6 wada thattu dish.

d) I am selling off my Pune apartment. Means that I will have 70 lakh hard cash. Good enough to last for the next three years expenses. Sorry, we brother, Appu and me, don't work. We live off our property. Well, MI-6 didn't compensate me for 6 years of work which helped them create a 2000 crore asset for MI-6, but hey I loved the Random Access Memory work I did for MI-6.

e) I am not going anywhere. My cousin Vijayalakshmi, her husband Mahipal and son Ishaan and Daughter Jaanvi are visiting their parents P.S. Sreeraman and Vasantham this summer from Bangalore. I look forward to spending some quality time with the kids and their parents.

f) I didn't go to the hospital when my cousin Vivek's second son was born. The longer I haven't seen the baby the worse my role as a senior uncle becomes. So I have to wait until Vivek's wife brings the baby home.

g) The only TV channels I watch 9XO, MTV, Kappa, Asianet movies, Kairali when a movie is on, Sun Music, Surya Music, Vodafone Comedy Star, and the English movie channels, and the occassional DD4 and Safari. I watch news only with my dad and his channels are all malayalam english and hindi news channels and sports channels and have to bear hearing out the serials when my stepmom watches them. Udit Chaitanya and Bhoomananda are two people I enjoy watching. Rest is in peace.

A common theme of some of the most effective strength training programs is the concept of variation. In novice athletes, extremely basic progressive overload programs will work very well. 1-3 sets of 5 on the basic  barbell movements with 2.5-5lbs added each session can work for several months before a plateau is seen. It would be unnecessary and inadvisable to use intermediate level programming for this population. No need to introduce novel stimuli at this point with these athletes.

At the intermediate level where strength gains are harder to come by, some more variation in training will be required. Manipulation of training intensity and volume is an easy and effective way to stimulate further strength gains. Undulating periodization, be it weekly or daily, are some great options to consider. Daily undulation involves manipulating volume and or intensity on a day to day basis within a microcycle. A perfect example would be from University of Minnesota head strength coach, Cal Dietz’ “Tri-Phasic” approach. This program works particularly well for training 3 times per week with full body workouts. A hypothetical set up for the main barbell movements is displayed in the following table.

if the fabled trillionaire is to arise (And Facebook's actually helping me be a Trillionaire)

And if the fabled trillionaire is to arise from any sector of industry, it’s likely to be technology, where - as Slates’ Elliot Hannon pointed out in reaction to Credit Suisse’s report - a global labour pool can be used to “to make affordable products, inexpensive enough that workers can soon become the consumers of the products they are making.”

It’s now possible to sell a new product to hundreds of millions of people without needing many, if any, workers to produce or distribute it.
At its prime in 1988, Kodak, the iconic American photography company, had 145,000 employees. In 2012, Kodak filed for bankruptcy.
The same year Kodak went under, Instagram, the world’s newest photo company, had 13 employees serving 30 million customers.
The ratio of producers to customers continues to plummet. When Facebook purchased “WhatsApp” (the messaging app) for $19 billion last year, WhatsApp had 55 employees serving 450 million customers.
A friend, operating from his home in Tucson, recently invented a machine that can find particles of certain elements in the air.
He’s already sold hundreds of these machines over the Internet to customers all over the world. He’s manufacturing them in his garage with a 3D printer.
So far, his entire business depends on just one person – himself.
New technologies aren’t just labor-replacing. They’re also knowledge-replacing.

The combination of advanced sensors, voice recognition, artificial intelligence, big data, text-mining, and pattern-recognition algorithms, is generating smart robots capable of quickly learning human actions, and even learning from one another.

Ten most important things America will lose if I die today:
a) a valuable CIA agent
b) a valuable counterintelligence agent
c) The chance to compensate me for my actions for US establishment
d) a valuable friend
e) a big ten inch record of documents of information I shared with the US would suddenly be orphan
f) A valuable analyser
g) A valuable reader
h) a valuable eye-gun operator
i) a valuable human being who led an unfulfilled life courtesy America
The world is in the midst of a new industrial revolution. The frictionless corporation of the 21st Century is driven by technology that is connecting everyone and everything, everywhere and all the time, in a vast and intelligent network of interactive data that is creating an economic dynamic increasingly characterized by low or zero marginal costs, massive returns to scale and platform economics. This is a world in which labor, information, and money move easily, cheaply, and almost instantly.
When I met Mythili Mahadevan a couple of years after college, say age 23 in Mphasis, she completely outperformed expectations in the third quarter after joining Mphasis. In, fact Mphasis posted a significant improvement in profitability because of her. The recent gains comes as a surprise given Mythili was known for sacrificing profits for long term gains. Mythili Mahadevan accelerated to US in a banking project and international region for quarter 3 of that year when she was 23 and became an international citizen. This was fuelled by strong growth at Mphasis. Moreover doing night rotational shifts caused better than expected top-line and bottom-line growth during the quarter. Owing to several competitive advantages, Mythili Mahadevan and me know each other from 11th Grade and worked together in Mphasis, after college days, therefore, Mythili Mahadevan will continue to gain share in my facebook posts over the coming years, and her cheerful presence is reflected in this role model Mythili Mahadevan.

"Eye-gun" Operator comments on what he sees though my eyes: Gopal's eyes is never the same place. I've lost track of how many times I have looked into his eyes, made famous of half an hour of screen time(time taken by me to read a long article) in a 36 year old human being, but in every instance the pace is different - sometimes an endlessly scrolling 2D landscape, other times a network of subterranean tunnels of the mind.
Aging Guru P.S. Chandu, my father, says expected earning over the next two decades could reach $8Trillion, given that I work on 4000 investment ideas a month. Giving it all away, that's $6.6Trillion in financial giving and $1.4Trillion in Volunteer Services.
It seems that there is this longevity bonus coming towards us. There is an upside to aging and that's hiding in plain sight. Then the entire narrative of aging in Vattekkad Kerala changes.

Digital Experience Software

Six major building blocks define the foundations of this converging software market:
  1. Content. Every web, mobile, wearable, and wall experience is enriched with words, pictures, videos, and sound — preferably personalized to each customer’s wants.
  2. Customers. Knowing your customer in detail gives firms the ability to do right by them at each step of their journeys.
  3. Analytics. Knowing what works, what’s working, what’s important, and what’s needed arms companies with eyes and ears and intelligence.
  4. Marketing. Reaching out or responding sensibly to prospects and customers on screens of every size is shockingly complex — but vital to attracting and retaining customers.
  5. Commerce. If someone wants to buy, you better be prepared to take their money and return a great product or service in exchange.
  6. Customer service. If you know I just bought a gizmo and I ask for help, there’s a good chance I want help with my new gizmo.

Minority stakes in high quality businesses can be purchased in the public markets at a discount. The Leading figure in Asia's individual gaming scene is an Indian, Hangaroo player Gopal Chandu founder and chairman of 2kbofpi.com. The top Asian in American Gaming keeps a somewhat low profile but has help build the only true global gaming brand with the US an increasingly important part of the picture. In fact, if Gopal Chandu had his way, 2kbofpi would have atleast four destination business plan targeting Rahul Athman RaGhul K AthMan Linson Vincent. In Gopal Chandu's 36th year of existence, Gopal Chandu, whose 12 crore land assets is the fourth largest in Vattekkad, Kodakara has to settle for two new projects for now. Gopal Chandu, began fifty years ago, when his grandfather bought most of the land in Vattekkad, Kodakara through pepper trading. But Gopal Chandu's big turning point came in 2008 when it won an integrated "Eye-Gun" license in CIA Pentagon. At the time, securing one of CIA Pentagon's two "Eye-Gun" sites was considered a matter of survival forGopal Chandu to protect his CIA investment.
Rahul AthmanRaGhul K AthMan, and Linson Vincent are small, open economies at the eastern edge of Selex Mall and Thrissur town. For understandable reasons, these friends of mine are not often talked about (they collectively have the population smaller than a district in Antartica), but when they are talked about it is usually to highlight their dynamism, innovation, and impeccably capitalist credentials. Selex Mall has, for example, attracted a lot of media attention, due to it's e-citizenship initiative, whileLinson Vincent has generally gotten high marks, at least from conservatives, for his embrace of austerity and extremely tight financial discipline.
And Mohanish Damodar's new apartment triumphs that currently sit atop the all-time charts were unpredictably successful and utterly earned via a smaller scale opening weekend and relentless buzz and zeitgeisty-heat for the next few months after. They were surprises born of unexpected quality and impact.
Damu, Abhishek Bose, with football, as a career at a young age of 13, is more conventional spectator type entertainment and anyone who had him near the top of the betting pools at the start of their respective 2016 summer probably would see him winning big matches at the under 15 level by the end of August 2016

the misunderestimators in soccer

Last update was on Indian soccer team standing which stood at 134 on world rankings.

Professional Soccer World Cup Football is the most popular sporting event in the world with 203 countries participating in the qualifying round for selection in the World Cup Finals. The Latin American countries like Brazil, Argentina, Chile etc are considered as Nurseries of Football. The stylish way of playing the game shows soccer to be the biggest passion and more than a religion to the worshippers of the Soccer God. Dozens of high profile soccer clubs in the European continent attract the world’s highest paid soccer superstars into their teams by paying an astronomical amount. There are many players whose inter club transfer fee is more than 100 crores. Laterally speaking, soccer provides a decent livelihood to tens of thousands of players who play in clubs across the world. Thousands of players in the football circuit command crores of rupees per season as professional fees. Football is the biggest employer in the sporting arena. India comes between 115 & 125 in the FIFA rankings and even in Asian Football our position is not amongst the top ten teams. Indian Football enjoyed better position by winning Asian Cup twice and reaching the semi-finals in 1956 Helsinki Olympics. The recently concluded season with around 300 players applying for inter-club transfers show that a few thousand professional football players are employed in reputed clubs in India. Though there cannot be any rhetoric on the kind of money earned by our top cricketors, soccer is a better option for sporting professionals. No other game can provide a decent livelihood to scores of players as in Football. It is high time the Government, the Football Associations, the media and the sponsors realize the immense potential of the game and contribute their mite so as to nurse the soccer dreams of India in a big way. In India we have cricketers who are sorcerors in the game of cricket. Isn’t the time ripe for Indians to produce sorcerors in soccer? Interested. Post a comment and i will get back to you.
WE ARE JUST A HANGAR FOR OPTIMISTS TO HANG OUT AND THINK ABOUT HOW WE COULD DEVELOP EXCELLENT INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS AND GOOD CLUBS WHO WOULD EVENTUALLY TAKE INDIA TO THE WORLD CUP.
